By using our website, accepting a quotation, approving a proposal, signing an agreement, or making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Uptime Web Solution provides website development, software development, design, branding, SEO, marketing, maintenance, hosting support, and related digital services.

A project officially begins once payment or written approval is received. Project resources are then allocated immediately.

Clients agree to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and payment according to the agreed milestones or invoices.

We reserve the right to suspend work, disable services where contractually permitted, and withhold source code, files, credentials, and final delivery until all outstanding invoices are paid.

All payments are final and non-refundable after work has started. Changes of mind, business closure, delays caused by the client, or unused services do not create refund eligibility.

By submitting payment, the client authorizes the agreed charges for approved services. Where recurring billing or scheduled invoices have been agreed, the client authorizes those charges accordingly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after work has commenced or services have been delivered, Uptime Web Solution may submit contracts, invoices, approvals, communications, screenshots, development logs, delivery evidence, and other records to defend the transaction.

Intellectual property remains with Uptime Web Solution until all outstanding payments are received. Ownership transfers only after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version.
